About Idrissa
She’s not a video vixen, but she definitely has a thing or two to say about men, women, and relationships. Dedicated to inspiring today’s youth, Idrissa N. Snider started ISArt Productions as a platform to highlight the arts and to bring positive change to her community. A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Snider has always shared a passion for drawing and writing. After graduating high school from the Alabama School of Fine Arts, she set her sights on the University of Alabama majoring in Broadcast and Theatre.
Upon completing her sophomore year of studies, Idrissa married her best friend and childhood sweetheart, Verdell D. Snider, Sr. in November of 2001. The couple relocated to Atlanta, Georgia where she received her Bachelor’s in Arts & Sciences from Georgia State University and was afforded the opportunity to intern for Artisan Picture Works. In 2004, the two headed to the Lone Star State, and Houston, Texas, where they welcomed their first born son, Verdell D. Snider II to their union.
The lovely couple currently resides in Memphis, Tennessee and is expecting their second child early this summer. Idrissa has proven to be a trail blazer in her field and has worked for NBC affiliate KPRC Local 2, Animal Planet, Cingular Wireless, just to name a few. Idrissa has also given her time and talents to many youth centers and organizations around the country.
She knows that your gift will make room for you and this fall she will be starting a host of many scholarships to support students involved in the arts. For My Good€¯ is the first of many books to come from the author. This visionary’s faith in God has proven to be her source to overcome many obstacles and trials, and will prove to encourage generations to come!
